Rosacea is an inflammatory skin condition that causes redness in the face and produces small, red, bumps or pustules.
The most common areas are the cheeks, nose, and chin, if left untreated it can affect your eyes and nose as well.
Rosacea symptoms may flare up for a period of weeks to months, and then diminish before flaring up again.
Intense pulsed light treatments are effective in reducing the appearance of rosacea, and in most cases prevent it from getting worse.
