I was originally referred by a friend of mine who had a breast augmentation and was beyond thrilled with it. I went in initially because I was not happy with my double chin and decided on the iGuide procedure. In addition to that, I had a breast augmentation and liposuction of the flanks and the stomach area. 

After seeing Dr. Connall that first day, I went to see another surgeon just to get a second opinion. They said there was no way I could get the results I wanted (a flat stomach) without having a complete tummy tuck, which is major surgery. 

Dr. Connall said, “I believe I can do that with just liposuction” and with his expertise we did it and I am so thrilled!  I have a flat stomach, flatter than I ever remember having before - even as a young girl!

When I arrived for my consultation my first impression of Connall Cosmetic Surgery was how every detail had been carefully and thoughtfully calculated.  It was a clean and comfortable setting staffed by friendly and welcoming staff, which was important to me.

After meeting with Dr. Connall I felt very comfortable with the information he provided and his ability to answer the questions that I had.  I felt he gave me a very clear explanation of how he would approach my procedure to achieve the best results giving me both pros and cons and allowing me the opportunity to make a choice.

I was very impressed with the level of care that was given in regard to the medications that I was taking.  It was suggested that I discontinue taking certain medications prior to and after my procedure for my safety.  This emphasized to me the importance of the details to help me achieve the best results.

The surgical staff involved in my care also played a huge role before, during, and after my procedure providing exceptional care.  I have felt very comfortable asking the staff questions.  If they were uncertain of an answer they would always get back to me with an answer from Dr. Connall.  I was also able to directly communicate with Dr. Connall which was very helpful and I consistently received timely feedback.  Words I would use to describe Dr. Connall and his staff: Honest, caring and very thoughtful individuals.  I felt their main focus was on my needs and that they wanted to make me comfortable at all times.  Everyone has always treated me with great respect.

After having this procedure I would stay that it has made an incredible difference hin how I feel both physically and emotionally about myself.  I am enjoying the ability to participate in activities that prior to this procedure, I avoided.  This has been a life changing procedure for me.
I take pride in my process of decision making.  Without a doubt I chose the very best! I am very happy with my results and I am so grateful to Dr. Connall and his staff for helping me to achieve this.  They have earned my complete trust.

I don't feel like I could have gotten the support, education and atmosphere going anywhere else.

Dr Connalls reputation got me in the door, his credentials and state of the art equipment kept me from wanting to go anywhere else and between him and the staff I will keep coming back and sending people his way. PROCEDURE: Breast Augmentation and Liposuction
I came in to have Breast Augmentation due to the fact that after I had children my body had changed a lot.  My husband and I started interviewing plastic surgeons and I had called and made an appointment with Dr. Connall.  My husband and I went in together to speak with him and he took so much time with us…I couldn’t believe how much time he spent with us!  When we left, my husband said he absolutely felt confident with Dr. Connall and the thing is, I felt exactly the same way!  We decided on Connall Cosmetic Surgery and we definitely didn’t make a mistake with our decision. 

When I was in the office, I also talked about having liposuction so we decided to do it in conjunction with the breast augmentation.  This made it really nice so that I didn’t have to come in for two different procedures; I was able to have them both done at the same time.  The recovery process was great, and I couldn’t be happier with my results.  I love Dr. Connall and I love his staff…They’re like family to me now!
